HOW TO REGISTER

REGISTRATION FOR GROUPS WITHOUT EXISTING ACCOUNT

REGISTER HERE to start a new group registration and create an online group account for EANS2018.

It is essential that the group leader provides the UserArea link and instructions for login to all attendees in this group. Without this link attendees cannot access their congress related documents (QR-Code for Badge print, Certificate of Attendance, Abstract Certificate, Donation Certificate, Visa Invitation Letter).

If the group leader wishes to start a new registration for attendees who are Members of EANS: When inserting the attendee’s data, make sure to use the same email address he/she is using for his/her EANS membership at eans.org. Using another email address will result in not being able to get the reduced congress fee for members.

REGISTRATION FOR GROUPS WITH EXISTING ACCOUNT

If the group leader has already registered a group for EANS2017 or EANS2018 and has therefore an existing group registration account, please do NOT start a new group registration. All data has been saved in the group account. The group leader only needs to login in the MyGroupArea here with username and password.

MY GROUP AREA

With submitting a group registration the group leader has created an online group registration account; the MyGroupArea. This account can be entered at any time with any technical device. The only requirement is a working internet connection. Click here to login with the group username and password.
In the MyGroupArea the group leader can either start a new registration for attendees or search for existing registrations (from EANS2017 or EANS2018) and then add them to the group. Furthermore, the group leader can view or print the official registration invoice or congress related documents like the Visa Invitation Letter.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

In case the group leader has forgotten his/her username/password for the group there is a possibility to obtain or reset the group login data here. The group leader will then receive an email with a link to reset the password.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

We strongly recommend to register prior to the congress by using the online registration form. This is to avoid possible queues at the registration desk. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee sufficient availability of congress materials such as congress bag or final programme booklet.

In case you consider to register on-site we advise you to use the online registration form that can be accessed by any technical device with a working internet connection.
Accepted payment methods on-site are credit card or cash. Please keep in mind the local currency when paying cash as we do only accept euros (€).

PAYMENT

Please make sure to complete your registration by choosing a payment method, otherwise your registration is not valid. You can select the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (via Wirecard)
  • SOFORT (SOFORT Online Bank Transfer/ via Wirecard)
  • Bank transfer

We advise the group leader to observe the relevant registration deadlines as registration fees depend on the date the payment is received and will be adjusted accordingly, if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline. For payments via bank transfer, please do not forget to include the order number and Personal ID’s of the registered attendees on the transfer documents for identification purposes.

Please note that you are responsible for any bank charges incurred and that neither the EANS nor the EANS Organising Team is responsible for tracking any transfers deposited without the required identification information.
Upon receipt of the payment at our bank account the group registration will be finalised and a confirmation Email will be sent to the group leader.

CHANGE OF NAME/ INVOICE ADDRESS

Please take notice that any change of the attendee‘s name or group invoice address will be charged with EUR 20. We recommend the group leader to have the right information at his/her disposal at the moment of registration.
