HOW TO REGISTER
REGISTRATION FOR PERSONS WITHOUT EXISTING ACCOUNT
REGISTER HERE to start a new registration and create an online account for EANS2018.
For Members of EANS: When inserting your data, make sure to use the same email address you are using for your EANS membership at eans.org. Using another email address will result in not being able to get the reduced congress fee for members.
REGISTRATION FOR PERSONS WITH EXISTING ACCOUNT
If you have already registered for EANS2017 or EANS2018 and have therefore an existing registration account, please do NOT start a new registration. All your data have been saved in your account. You only need to login in your MyUserArea here with your username and your self-chosen password.
MY USER AREA
With submitting your registration you have created an online registration account; your MyUserArea. This account can be entered at any time with a technical device of your choice. The only requirement is a working internet connection. Click here to login with your username and your self-chosen password.
In your MyUserArea you can view or print your official registration invoice or congress related documents like your QR-Code for Badge print, Certificate of Attendance, Abstract Certificate, Donation Certificate, or Visa Invitation Letter.
In case you have forgotten your username/password you have the possibility to obtain or reset your login data here. You will then receive an email to your email address with a link to reset your password.
We strongly recommend to register prior to the congress by using the online registration form. This is to avoid possible queues at the registration desk. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee sufficient availability of congress materials such as congress bag or final programme booklet.
In case you consider to register on-site we advise you to use the online registration form that can be accessed by any technical device with a working internet connection.
Accepted payment methods on-site are credit card or cash. Please keep in mind the local currency when paying cash as we do only accept euros (€).
Due to safety regulations it is mandatory to always visibly wear your badge during congress including the social events. There will be a badge control at the main entrance of the venue. You will not be allowed to enter the exhibition or sessions without your badge. We strongly advise you not to forget or lose your badge!
In case you wish to order an additional item to your congress ticket such as participation in one of the networking events or adding an accompanying person to a networking event, you only need to show your badge to the staff at the registration desk. They will then scan the personalised QR-code printed on your badge to add the new item to your registration account. The booking is finalised with your payment.
Please make sure to complete your registration by choosing a payment method, otherwise your registration is not valid.
Two weeks prior to the Early Bird/Standard/Late deadline we can only accept payment by credit card and SOFORT payment.
You can select the following payment methods:
- Credit card (via Wirecard)
- SOFORT (SOFORT Online Bank Transfer/ via Wirecard)
- Bank transfer
We advise you to observe the relevant registration deadlines as registration fees depend on the date your payment is received and will be adjusted accordingly, if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline. For payments via bank transfer, please do not forget to include your order number and Personal ID on the transfer documents for identification purposes.

Please note that you are responsible for any bank charges incurred and that neither the EANS nor the EANS Organising Team is responsible for tracking any transfers deposited without the required identification information.
Upon receipt of your payment at our bank account your registration will be finalised and a confirmation Email will be sent to you.
CHANGE OF NAME/ INVOICE ADDRESS
Please take notice that any change of the attendee‘s name or invoice address will be charged with EUR 20. We recommend you to have the right information at your disposal at the moment of registration.
